as soon as you drive into the neighborhood and certainly this street then you immediately notice that you are here in a quiet area. the driveway offers space to park two cars on site.
we enter the house in a spacious, bright hall with meter cupboard, wardrobe space, toilet, access to the utility room and the open staircase. under the stairs is a lot of space and you can place a cupboard here, for example. if we walk through to the living room we come to the dining area that provides the connection between kitchen and living room. the dining area is a place where you can dine with a large family or many friends, here you sit wonderfully through the bay window in the side wall. dinners are prepared in the spacious, cozy kitchen at the front of the house. the composite countertop offers lots of workspace, and the various base cabinets and drawers keep everything neatly tidy, and the large freestanding double fridge/freezer keeps your food safe. the kitchen has a beautiful cooking and sink island where any home chef can live it up.
if you need something easy, just slide a dish into the oven. and while everyone is having dinner, the dishwasher will do the dishes for you.

polderwijk is the newest development on the northwest side of zeewolde. here you can enjoy all the space amidst water and greenery. the neighborhood consists of a number of subareas, each with its own residential atmosphere and a diversity of housing types. parkkwartier is a park-like residential area with green offshoots to the kuierbaan and the waterlinie.
